Monday:
It was a very full day today.
I worked on my current paid editing projects – a YA historical novel and a Regency romance.
I also had a productive coaching session with Sean from A Write and A Pint.
I resisted the temptation to cancel my afternoon online focus session and completed the next scene of my current novel, A Wizard Calls My Name.
I also did a couple of short story submissions.
Tuesday:
I worked on both the Regency romance and the prison memoir in the morning and then wrote a new scene for Wizard in the afternoon.
Wednesday:
I edited our latest very lengthy podcast episode, while trying to ignore the news…
Later, I also recorded and edited the next Reviews Revisited episode of the podcast.
Thursday:
I went into town for the freelance coworking day and worked on two of my current paid editing projects – the YA historical novel and the Regency romance.
My motivation was waning in the afternoon, but then Emily turned up and revitalised me, so I wrote another Wizard scene!
I finished a good book on the train home and wrote my review.
Friday:
Today, I went off on a reading retreat – three glorious days of reading!
